Each month, we feature premium cuts sourced from some of the best beef producers across the country. Pair yours with a red from our monthly Regional Delights wine list, showcasing standout wine regions from around the globe, all at damn good prices.
Our region in focus this time is Tuscany. Located in central Italy, this world renowned wine region is defined by rolling hills, a Mediterranean climate and an ancient winemaking heritage. Primarily producing red wines, Tuscany is dominated by the Sangiovese grape, the foundation of famous styles such as Chianti Classico, Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino. Some of the most acclaimed ‘Super Tuscan’ wines are blends of Cabernet and Sangiovese from Bolgheri, a historic village in Tuscany’s Livorno province.
Available to pair with your steaks and pizza now, while we of course keep a couple of the old reliables on hand for your pleasure.
